At A2 Racing, we don’t just sponsor seasons, we structure careers. Our fully funded Driver Development Program offers a clear, multi-year roadmap from karting to open-wheel competition, giving elite young drivers the opportunity to grow through each level of motorsport by reducing the financial barriers that often hold them back.

This program is built to reward discipline, performance, and long-term focus — and it comes at no additional cost to the driver.

What the Program Includes

Full race season support at scheduled national and regional karting levels
Progressive testing and entry into F1200 and F1600 open-wheel cars
Accredited race license training with industry-recognized partners
Strategic advancement through FIA Regional F4, Formula Regional, F3, and F2
Opportunity-based promotion: perform well, and we accelerate your path

By 2031, drivers in the program may reach FIA Formula 2 — with every key milestone mapped out and supported along the way.
